The View Residences

I cannot 5 star this place enough. I lived at The View for 2 years and it was nothing but an amazing experience all around. The building is great, private and kept up with. The community is wonderful, I met friends often, either watching a baseball game on the deck, playing pool in the sky lounge, or hanging out by the pool in the summer. The location literally doesn’t get better if you are into city life. It’s a 2 minute walk from all of the coolest spots in town but just far enough to be out of the weekend buzz if you choose to do so. And lastly, do I need to mention the best views in the city? The View was a wonderful experience, I would live there my whole life if I could, money well spent.

Moving can already be stressful, but the leasing and maintenance team here truly makes all the difference. A huge shout-out to Ms. Rachel, who was so patient and kind while helping me find my perfect apartment. And a big thank-you to Matt, the maintenance professional who went above and beyond—even after hours—to fix all my technology “kinks.” I love the building itself, but it’s the management team that really makes it feel like home.

Apartment building itself is nice, but management is terrible. They try their best to NOT attend to your needs and concerns. Especially the front desk staff is very dismissive. Additionally, they gave us an apartment with a defective Wifi unit. To remedy this problem we had to contact the internet provider AND pay for the service. If management is fine with providing faulty equipment, they should at the very least pay for its service.

I love living here! I've lived in my apartment for over a year now and have nothing but positive things to say. The building was well made and not thrown together, and the staff do a great job of taking care of everything and keeping it clean. The leasing staff and management are very friendly and attentive as well. The amenities are such a highlight, and the retail businesses downstairs make this a perfect place to live downtown.

I’ve had a great experience living at The View. The complex is super clean and a beautiful. The amenities are perfect for what I need. Also, the leasing office is friendly, attentive and so helpful! Makayla did a wonderful job aiding me in the moving process and getting my new apartment ready. Highly recommend The View!
