The View Luxury Apartments

I absolutely loved living at the View! The staff is incredibly kind and understanding, and they plan community events like food trucks and cornhole. I've lived at several apartment complexes in Reno, and typically I run into issues with management at some point, but I never did here! Parking is good, package issues are dealt with effectively, and inspections to the apartment are given with good notice.

I originally moved to Reno for a work-related opportunity and I moved into The View. I signed a 12-month lease and ended up extending my lease month-to-month after my lease was up. The only reason I left was due to a work-related relocation. Besides the hot tub not working properly, I never had an issue amenity- or apartment-wise. Traveling was a large part of my job so I didn’t spend too much time at home, but when I did, I spent most of my time in the business center where I felt more than welcome. Everyone in the office was always very friendly and helpful. Leaving was bittersweet and if I ever find myself back in Reno, NV, I will definitely try to move back into The View. The grounds were kept clean and the security patrol was around after business hours. I loved the layout of my apart

My partner and I have been living here for about a year and a half now, and this is hands down the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The staff are the kindest and most understanding we have ever experienced, from the front desk employees to the maintenance employees. A special thanks goes to the manager, Jaymee, who has been incredibly helpful and considerate when it has come to any issue we’ve had while living here, whether big or small. I only have positive things to say about this place.

The staff (both the office/management and maintenance) is extremely nice, with fantastic communication and speedy response to tenant needs. The units are maintained extremely well, and outfitted with quality appliances and tasteful fixtures (i.e. lighting, drawer handles, etc.) The shared facilities such as the pool, gym, and clubhouse are not only super nice and well maintained, they also have a very inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there are a lot of really cool community activities hosted by management such as food trucks, holiday parties, and such on site. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to rent a nice, comfy, and competitively priced apartment in Reno!
