The View at Old City

I want to thank Sophia, the manager at The View at Old City, for the incredible effort she puts into building a true sense of community here. The thoughtfully planned community events and beautiful seasonal décor make a real difference and help residents feel connected and welcomed. It’s clear that Sophia genuinely cares about the residents and the atmosphere she creates reflects that.

I've lived here 6 months so far. Love the location accessibility , private dog park and underground parking.Even with changes in management during my short time here I've have great interactions with both managers thus far.The building over all is quiet which I really appreciate.

Disappointed with the community due to several ongoing issues. Some office staff has been quite unprofessional and unkind, making interactions unpleasant. The management seems ineffective in addressing community concerns. Safety and hygiene problems persist, including dog waste in the garage, a broken building door, and a homeless person entered and stayed in the building overnight. For families, be aware of the unwelcoming atmosphere. If you value a safe and family-friendly atmosphere, I cannot recommend this property.

Review -5 ⭐️ This company is deceptive, disorganized and completely incompetent. I moved out. My lease was up in October. They demanded that I stay another two months. They filed in eviction court. I had my attorney reply. The View withdrew. But what they THEN did, was to send my lease break fee to a debt collector. So, be forewarned. They'll assume you'll just pay to get them off your back. Other reviewers have experienced the same... I wish I had paid heed to others. I still say the location is supreme! This is a beautifully located place with underground parking and a nice enclosed dog run. This building is severely overpriced for what it offers. Lived here for 9 months and overall a fantastic experience. Apartment: I recommend renting a west facing view apartment as you get a ton of natural light, especially in the afternoon. Units are well equipped with the latest amenities and was very clean on move in day. Maintenance: I had a few maintenance requests for minor issues in my apt throughout my time here and the maintenance team was excellent. My issues were addressed correctly the first time in a timely manner. Maintenance was also on top of making sure common spaces were in good condition. Building/Amenities: Building was cleaned very often, especially the lobby and the common spaces always felt very clean at all times.
