The View at Mandarin Apartments

This place is a rip off. Horrible management and maintenance. Infested with rats and black mold. The week before leaving a head maintenance leader came in and said nothing was a big deal. Rats jumping out of your pantry after they have chewed up all your food is a BIG DEAL. Black mold growing in the roof is a big deal. Dishwashers flooding your kitchen on the first floor is a big deal. Which their idea of "fixing" is just pour some fabuloso down the drain and it'll work. Their idea of fixing the black mold in the ceiling was to cut a hole out and shove a black trash bag in for months. Where the water heater is there were holes in the wall and still gravel on the ground in the closet. They just put some wire over the holes and said it would be harder for the rats to chew threw. The leasing staff is SO KIND!! Alexandria was so well spoken & you can tell she has a beautiful heart. There’s a serenity to her. As far as the apartments go, I’m still on the hunt… but I did want to highlight Alexandria & her manager (can’t remember her name 😩) for their amazing customer support!

Johnetta and her management staff was very professional during my sister’s leasing process. It required more communication that included me due to her moving from Dallas to Florida. Thank you so much for your great attention to details and customer service.

Love the lake views!!!!! The units are extremely spacious, and the fact that they supply all the appliances, including a washer and drawer is so important to me. I have no time to go to the laundry mat.

No management skills and are the worst management I have ever seen. No support or help. Do not know how to spell MANAGEMENT apartments all around area and would advise to NOT MOVE to THE VEIW would give - 5 star
