The View at Horizon Ridge Apartments

My family has been here almost 1.5 years. I would start with saying that it has been absolutely awesome being here. Everyone has been excellent to work with down to the maintenance staff. They are responsive on repairs when needed. The management is very respectful and warm to deal with . I look forward to staying here for a long time. I moved here from out of state and the residents have been very kind and welcoming. This place is very quiet and it is comforting to see security walking the grounds in the evening to keep the community safe. Thank you staff for working hard to provide an awesome place to live!!

I liked living here but the parking situation has become a bit much. Everyday I walk past at least 2 cars that have no parking permit. Telling the lady in the office does nothing. There is a car that has been parked since before thanksgiving and has not moved once, it has no parking permit yet they do nothing. Today one of the cars I walked past with no permit was so small they could quite literally fit in the spot horizontally yet there they are parked not only without a permit but right on the line of the spot. Maybe this review will do something but I doubt it. This is Day One of trying. DAY 2 and nothing has been done about the cars parked without permit tags. The one car STILL has not moved. There were 2 other cars without permits. DAY 3 and nothing has been done about the cars with n

Love this place! Beautiful, extremely well kept complex. Friendly neighbors. Apartment is spacious. Ample parking, some even covered. Office and maintenance staff are on top of everything. Quiet area of Henderson. Pictures on website of amenities don't do them justice. Five big screen TV's around the pool and club house for you to use. Well equipped community kitchen to use whenever you want. Awesome pet spa to use so your apartment doesn't smell of wet dog. 😂 Nice dog run area too. Kimmely helped us at move in and was great! Would highly recommend this complex.

We love living here! It is not only roomy, nice interiors and well maintained facilities, but it is a great community! We have made many friends and it seem like there is always an event that the office puts on for the residence.

Most disgusting place I’ve ever rented! Water actually smells horrible and is staining my tub, toilet and sink every week with how dirty the water is. There aren’t assigned parking spots and there for I can never find an open spot. This apartment complex is ran horribly, please do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I made moving in here….oh and there are constant break ins in this area as I was told by the cops who alerted me after my car was broken into….
