Beautiful apartment homes very intentional when it comes to amenities. Kevin, Grace and Stephanie are some of the most pleasant people you can come across They have an Open door policy. i’m coming on my second year as a resident and I really enjoy living here, My favorite amenity would have to be the gym and fitness center although I have not made it to the podcast room yet That is very nice as well. I have some pretty good neighbors everyone smiles. And says hello. The maintenance staff is top-tier. They were diligently to get any repairs Done expeditiously the services that you pay for are also great. The Internet cable situation is good. I don’t have any complaints regarding this property. i myself, try to be the best person that I can be And it’s not the apartments it’s the people tha
I've been a resident here for about 18 months (moved in shortly after opening). My experience has been positive. The amenities and hallways are cleaned regularly, and the grounds are well-kept with the grass cut often. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and any issue I’ve had has been resolved quickly. Maintenance usually has a fast turnaround. The community is quiet, which I really appreciate, and having security in the parking garage on weekends is a big plus. Location is convenient with lots of shopping and grocery options nearby. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
I moved in when this complex was brand new. It was very nice but unfortunately management did not keep up with it. Whenever I visit family who still lives at the location it’s sad to see the state of the complex. Almost every door and wall has chipped paint all over. The complex looks trashy now. When I was living here I had good interactions at the office with Stephanie and Kevin but the manager (Jonathan) is very rude and doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. Like everyone else we have also had issues with guest parking. We were told repeatedly that guest could park on the roof of the parking garage but we had a guest whose vehicle was towed. When we asked the leasing office about it they flat out lied and said that was never allowed. Sad to see a new complex go down hill so fast.
Just moved here 3 weeks ago and I LOVE IT! This is all thanks to Kevin. I had a really bad experience with my last apartment flooding and the chaos that came with. I've only had the pleasure of interacting with Kevin who went above and beyond in every possible way. He was patient and had an answer for EVERYTHING and very quickly too. Trust me I had a lot of questions. He's also a kind person who understood the situation I was dealing with and never rushed me and was always understanding and checked in. I was torn between an apartment closer to my work, but I wanted to be with good management. Kevin really sold that for me and made the entire process a breeze. The property is amazing so many nice amenities especially for the price and how well they're maintained. It's got workout rooms on
This place is a masterclass in “don’t expect help.” Security: My car was broken into in the parking lot. Management told me there were no cameras and basically shrugged it off with “it’s Houston, it’s normal.” That’s the level of concern you can expect. Living conditions: If your neighbor smokes, the weed smell can seep into your apartment. If you smoke too, you’ll be fine. If you don’t, it’s hell—because you’re the one stuck living in it. Move-out / management games: I gave my move-out notice on time. Later I was simply looking at their bigger units (I did not sign a new lease). Somehow my move-out notice got canceled without telling me, and my move-out date was changed. After that it was the usual runaround: inconsistent communication, shifting numbers, and a move-out/billing process
