The Vibe at Celebration Pointe Apartments

We absolutely love living here. This apartment complex is not only in a beautiful, peaceful location, but the apartments are really cozy and cute. The complex is consistently maintained, including the gym and the pool. The apartments are very spacious and even have an outside storage closet. The onsite staff are extremely nice and helpful. The location is so nice because not only is it close to i75, but there are so many great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

This office represents several properties, yet the level of organization and professionalism is shockingly low. The experience with the management office at this location was frustrating. Calls and text went unanswered, and there was a clear lack of accountability or compassion for residents genuinely trying to resolve issues. It’s unfortunate to see professionalism take such a hit, especially when this office represents multiple properties. Residents deserve clear communication, follow-through and compassion, not silence or conflicting information. Don’t recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. During my initial tour, I was transparent about having a collection on my credit report, which I am actively paying off and can provide documentation for. I was told that this would not be a major issue, as they had worked with applicants in similar or worse financial situations in the past by offering options such as a higher security deposit or a co-signer. Based on that assurance, I decided to submit an application. It’s important to note that the application fee was waived at the time—otherwise, I would have been required to pay a non-refundable fee. After being denied, I attempted to contact the office multiple times with no response. I even left a voicemail stating that I planned to stop by and asked for a call back

We are very fortunate to have found The Vibe Apartments. Our house needed emergency repairs and Kevin was able to help us move directly into one of the apartments for the time we were displaced. He is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. From Kevin to the maintenance staff their friendliness has made us feel like family. The apartment was the PERFECT balance of new/upgraded without being cold. Other residents are sociable and the pets are fantastic. We are leaving with new friends found at the Vibe. We have been living at The Vibe for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. The move-in process was a breeze, we love our neighbors, and the amenities are better than we could have hoped for. Our pup adores the dog park and we frequently use the beautiful pool and grilling area. The office staff have always attended to our needs quickly and kindly. I can’t say enough good things about our experience so far. (:
