EDIT: Need to give credit where credit is due: hot water has not been an issue, parcel thefts are more seldom, dryers work, and USPS delivers mail again. The quality of construction comments stand, though. Sadly, this building is riddled with problems. Generally, that is expected of a brand new construction, but in this case, whoever was responsible for stamping the work of the construction company should get fired. Upon move-in, we found a lot of debris in shelves, dinged cabinets, unfinished drywall work. The kitchen doesn’t have a single drawer and dishwasher is a $200 portable Amazon appliance. Do not live here. I was one of the first few units in the building to move in August 1 and all the dryers were broken. Since then, we only have 2 working dryers in the entire building so most people just wait with wet clothing until a dryer opens up. My roommate has not had any hot water since we moved in. The heat in our unit never really heats up. Our dish washer is so small it belongs at toys-r-us. My bathroom ceiling leaks every so often. The parking garage ceiling on the first floor is constantly "dripping". By that I mean if we all showered at the same time, it would flood. There is rampant theft in the building and management has not installed any cameras we can watch /stop the perpetrators. No gas in building therefore dryers are just for show and haven’t worked since moving in. No hot water, sometimes luke warm comes out after running the water for 10 minutes. Oven never worked since moving in. AC didn’t work for first two months. Ceiling leaks first month moving in due to lack on insulation on pipes. Plumber had to come fix leak coming from bathroom just last week. This place is riddled with issues. Fast and poor quality construction

Do not rent with CW Realty or move into The Vertex. I moved into one of their newest properties, The Vertex, at the beginning of October. We have not had hot water since moving in 37 days ago. Despite persistent emails and communication showing the temperature far below the city requirement of 120 degrees Fahrenheit, they refuse to fix the problem. The en-suite bathroom has been unusable for 20 days (and counting). First, this was initially due to a ceiling leak (causing mold and water damage). They would not hire an electrician to ensure the wiring was not damaged. Now the bathroom shower is unusable due to water leaking from under the shower onto the bathroom floor. They have not appropriately addressed this issue although two plumbers they hired have confirmed a contractor needs to w
