The Verandas of Punta Gorda Senior Apartments

My sister lived here. Very beautiful 55 and older apartments. Onsite management. Periodic inspections. Breakfast, mailroom, gym, assistance provided with Medicare benefits, etc. My sister loved it here.

I’ve been living at The Veranda’s since day 1 of (3/2017) of the opening of Phase Two. There is no where I’d rather live. The Zanieda and staff are amazing and efficient, takes care immediately any concerns I’ve ever had, which I must say has been very few. The grounds and the pond are beautiful and I’m blessed to have a corner unit that overlooks them. Most recently (as in the past 2 weeks) the whole outside of The Veranda’s were painted and it is beautiful! The colors, I feel are calming and beautiful! Thank you Alcolade Property owners and most especially Zanieda for the most enjoyable living experience I’ve had. Kee up the great work. Cheryl M

The Verandas of Punta Gorda is a fairly new apartment complex conveniently situated on the corner of Airport Road and Cooper Street in Punta Gorda. It’s a hotel styled building with elevators, stairways, laundry facilities, and a gym, as well as entertainment rooms and a hall with a small cafeteria/kitchen area. 24 hour available maintenance and more. This complex has one and two bedroom apartments.

I’ll be living here almost 2 years. I have to tell you. Z the property manager and Jason maintenance manager. Addressed my water issue. So far no water even with all the rain in the past week. I was out of town. I was very pleased. She’s chased this problem…. I think she caught it Thank you Lisa DeMattia unit 1259

This is where my grandma lives it's a very cool place for elderly people to be at they have a game room to give out food everyday serve lunch to get donations from different area grocery stores and the residents can go and pick up things such as bags of bagels and donuts and canned food and all types of good stuff really really cool place Good environment friendly people very safe for your family members to live
