From the very beginning, she took the time to clearly break down every financial detail and thoroughly explain what to expect throughout the process. I posted a review here a few months ago but am reposting it back up since my issue was not taken care of. I took the original down because the issue was fixed for a couple of weeks but has now returned after promises it would be taken care of. If you have an issue with noisy neighbors, the office will not take care of you. To preface, this is my 8th year living in apartment complexes, so I understand that there may be some occasional noise like footsteps and the occasional bang. The office and the on-call officer cannot seem to get this through their heads that the noise is not simple such as footsteps and the occasional banging noise. We were looking for an apartment temporarily and we were looking for a place that was in a great location to things we enjoy along with a safe, spacious and modern feel. The venue impressed us from the very start. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and when we did our tour with Rose we knew we found our place. Rose made the application and moving process as easy as possible. She is super responsive, detailed and organized. I highly recommend Rose and The Venue at Big Creek if you are in search for an apartment.

I lived at Venue at Big Creek for five years. The school district and location are great that’s the biggest positive. But amenities alone don’t make a place feel like home. Over time, management became increasingly rigid and inconsistent. Rules like pool wristband guest limits were enforced despite not being outlined in my lease. I was also charged a $600 “event fee” for a small clubhouse gathering, even though there was no lease language limiting guests or supporting that charge. I refused to pay it and went to court over it because it wasn’t contractually justified. Because rent cannot be partially paid, my refusal to pay the unsupported $600 caused my rent balance to snowball. It escalated to court, where the $600 charge was ultimately dropped. Great move in experience. Nikaya was very helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. The property is clean, well maintained, and in a great location. Definitely one of the best apartment communities in Alpharetta, GA.
