WARNING!!!! Let me be very clear this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, and nobody should ever move here. The pool is a joke it’s just sitting there looking pretty, because you will never actually get to use it. They will say the city has to come and inspect it and they never will just know that’s the cover up. The washers and dryers stay broken, and maintenance moves slower than anything I’ve ever seen. They don’t care, they don’t show up, and they don’t fix anything. This place is nasty. There’s mold, mice, roaches, and even raccoons. I lived here for two years and just moved out last Sunday 9/28/25. Luna was the leasing agent that helped me. I told her that I wanted the biggest 2 bedroom with washer and dryer connections. She told us the apartment number, that it had no carpet and would be on the first floor. When we moved in, it was the smaller of the two bedrooms, was on the second floor, had carpet and no washer & dryer connections. She straight up lied to me. I was told (after calling) that if I wanted that apartment that I would have to wait six more months. Well, who wants to move again six months later?!?! Also, the place is infested with German cockroaches. We paid for pest control every month, but nobody ever came out. Even if they did, they would have just come back from other units. I moved in May of 2025. I ended my lease early and moved out due to mold, roach infestation, crime, drugs, laundry facilities always broken, swimming pool never being open, children not being watched, people living in their cars on premises, empty apartments being broken into, garbage left outside the dumpsters, broken down vehicles parked all over, just to name a few of the many reasons I left Venti Apartments. New managment has been there over a month and the laundry facilities have never been addressed, fixed, repaired. The roach infestation in the majority of apartments is appalling. The professionalism of the new managment leaves much to be desired. I entered the office on multiple occassions since new managment took over and was disregarded, ignored, and my needs never addressed. I

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My first 6 months of living here 2 people were murdered. MY CAR was broken into twice and the property manager didn't care. A neighbor had to break her lease because people kept breaking into her car. The police is always at these apartments. They had security for a while and stationed the security guards in the apartment above me. The security guards were bringing women in the apartment instead of securing the complex and I have the footage and photos of that. They tried to falsely charge me in the middle of a lease for gas once and I had to argue with the Property assitant Vanessa because there is literally no gas in these apartments. There is something about him that makes him relatable so I just wanted to say if you’re looking for a place to go please seek Rico out he is a good young man. Very positive and is like an old soul.
