We vacated the unit after a 15-month tenancy during which we consistently paid our rent on time and did not cause any issues or violations. Despite this, we did not receive a final billing statement, phone call, or written notice explaining any charges after move-out. Our security deposit was also not returned, nor were we provided with an itemized list of deductions within a reasonable timeframe. I have since emailed requesting an itemized statement and an opportunity to discuss a reduction of the fees being claimed, as we strongly dispute the amount stated. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is unbearable. Every time they walk around, it sounds like heavy stomping that shakes the ceiling. In addition to that, there is constant door slamming and what sounds like furniture being dragged or dropped across the floor. At times it literally sounds like thunder coming from above. I have reached out to management multiple times to report the issue. Each time I was told they would contact the resident, but the noise level has not changed at all. Living here has been extremely frustrating because the constant noise makes it very difficult to relax or get any peace at home…

Don't rent here, they have the worst management, they don't help you with anything, and they charge you for everything. Three terrible experiences: 1) In the first apartment, the downstairs neighbor was constantly threatening us because I have a 4-year-old son who would walk and run around at 10 am, 12 pm, and 1 pm, and she was bothered by the noise. 2) They gave my garage keys to other people who stole my bicycle, and then they just said, "Oh, we know what happened, we got confused and gave the keys to the wrong people." 3) We moved to another apartment where you could hear absolutely everything in the early morning hours, and the management did nothing. BE AWARE!! I was expected to move in on Aug 23. I applied on Aug 13 so the property had more than enough time to prepare for a new move in. I viewed the apartment Aug 16th and seen a few things that needed to be fixed and immediately notice stomping going on upstairs while viewing the apartment. I didn’t think anything of it things needing to be fixed because I assumed it’ll be fixed by the time I moved in. Fast forward It’s moving day I was in a rush because movers where on the southside at my storage without my key to get in so I didn’t even view the apartment still assuming since they advertise luxury living I trusted nothing less. This entire community smells like pot. It’s absolutly disgusting. It was advertised as a non smoking community but now my bathroom and closet smell like weed. All my clothes smell like it. Completely unacceptable. I am in the military and can not go to work smelling like illegal drugs. Then there is the dog poop. About every five feet there is dog poop that has not been picked up by their owner. Lastly, I really hope no one handicap tried to live here. Almost every handicap parking spot is filled with someone without a decal or plate just too lazy to walk the extra five feet. I have lived here since April 2024 and when I moved here it was great.
