Just move in here as the last resort, the office staff is really nice to get you to sign the lease now here’s some things no one tells you if you were in a two bedroom don’t expect the heater or the AC to either warm or cool that room at all. The meanest does the bare minimum if anything and they do it after you send email over email threatening not to pay rent if I could just get out of this complex I would but unfortunately for me steal more months in the lease agreement run don’t walk away from here 0 out of 10. Since I can’t relay to your message, how a I supposed to get in contact with ?

The management and service of this apartment community are outstanding ranging from state-of-the-art replacement appliances, to high-tech package delivery system, to online account lease renewal, maintenance requests, and payment system. This deserves a 5 star rating. However, I only gave Vanderbilt a 4 star rating because the rent payments with each annual lease renewal continue to go up at a higher than expected rate.

Tried to take my security deposit and make me pay for new carpet when I moved out even though the place was 1000x cleaner than it was when I moved in. Nothing like opening the door for the first time to find cat food and broken glass in the carpet. The carpet was probably a health hazard after the roof leak and the drain in my kitchen leaking and soaking the dining room with grey water. They set up fans to dry the water but never came back to clean anything. Had to get a hotel room because it was so bad. Also had to get a hotel room because the ac went out twice in July. I could keep going but I think you get the picture. I had to go to corporate with a folder of photos to get out of it. If you decide to take the chance take a lot of pictures and document everything.

I just moved in a few weeks ago. The staff has been absolutely amazing! Morgan was so sweet and nice when giving my tour. The move in process was so smooth. Its been a great first move into my apartment. I love it!

Great apartment, amenities, and staff. Since I’ve moved in they’ve updated the workout facility with new equipment and added a golf simulator. The few maintenance requests I’ve had have been handled quickly. I definitely would recommend living here.
