The Vale

Love it here! Totally made the right decision picking The Vale. Everything is brand spanking new, really enjoying it here. Special shoutout to Lexi in the mgt office, and Mike in maintenance - both are terrific. If you’re looking for an apartment, and they have any left - grab it.

We are so happy we chose The Vale for our baby's first home! The location is wonderful being a short walk from the park/lake and into town. The residents of the building are super friendly here and respectful. Lexi the leasing agent is the sweetest person who you can tell loves her job! And the maintenance team is quick and resourceful. They have the building cleaned daily and even decorate for every holiday. There is a suggestion box in the mailroom so you can add your opinions which really shows they care about their residents. Thank you to The Vale for our baby's keepsake of their first home <3. We will be renewing our lease when the time comes. We love it here too much to leave any time soon!

The Vale has a lot to offer: very nice apartments that are new, modern, spacious and clean, a warm and inviting lobby, pretty courtyard and the location is great. The staff is amazing! Alexandra, the leasing specialist, is a true professional. She is the best and working with her made my move a great experience. She is fair and courteous to all the residents. Also, Mike in maintenance does a wonderful job keeping the building clean and organized. Best staff around!!!! My only concern is the acoustics are an issue. There’s not a lot of sound absorption and you will hear your neighbors which is part of apartment living. Most resident seem reasonable but unfortunately, not all are. Outside of that, I love the Vale!!!

My experience at The Vale has by far exceeded my expectations. Lexi is extremely helpful,professional and knowledgeable. She is pleasant and engaged in all matters. Mike is also extremely pleasant,helpful and professional.They have made our time here amazing. My wife and I are also blown away by the cleanliness of all common areas. Could not ask for more. We couldn’t be happier living at The Vale! The apartments are brand new, beautifully designed, and extremely well-maintained. The building is always spotless, and the leasing/property manager, Lexi, along with the head of maintenance, Mike, are fantastic—responsive, helpful, and truly go above and beyond. While we occasionally hear lightly muffled footsteps from the apartments above, we never hear our neighbors, which makes it incredibly easy to relax at home. The on-site gym, clubhouse, and courtyard add to the convenience, offering great spaces for staying active and socializing. The community here is another highlight—lots of kids, friendly neighbors, and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, with walking-distance access to wonderful schools, Crestwood Lake, and the rest
