The Union Apartments

My experience with the Union has been superb. I love it here, my dogs love it here. Super pet friendly, and the staff are just awesome. If you love the gym, then you'll love it here, it's full of equipments and is spacious. The only thing that bothers me is the valet teash service that they hire. They need to change it asap. They can leave out trash for months. It can be very annoying.

Jessica is the best tour guide. I did two drop in visits and she stopped what she was doing and took me on two different tours. She is a big reason I chose the Union Apartments!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Union! From our leasing team to the maintenance staff, we have been met with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. Of course, the amenities and the property is absolutely gorgeous. However, it is because of the stuff that they remain in full swing!

The apartments have potential but there are so many issues it’s difficult where to start. The only reason I gave these apartments a 2 star review is because the residents are so nice here. That’s about the only thing that is enjoyable at this apartment complex. To dive into my situation, I had a mouse in my apartment in April. The property manager and I got into a very heated argument on how to handle the situation. Management was unhelpful. From every issue I have had with this apartment, the management were not willing to work with you or they are rude and condescending. The Union goes from manager to manager to the point the residents cannot keep up with who works at the front office and who does not. They do not communicate with the residents in emails about the new faces or hires wit

The events the staff put on are above and beyond here. Always go the extra mile to make sure the residents are happy. The Christmas present wrapping event was amazing!
