The Trails at Rock Creek

I have been living here for about 2 weeks now, and all I can say is I absolutely love it here. My experience from filling out applications to moving in was so easy from start to finish. Firstly, SARAH IS AMAZING!!! She gave me an awesome tour and answered all of my questions, her communication is on point she answers emails and phone calls/ calls back within a timely manner, she’s very professional and will make sure you leave with a smile on your face. Secondly, I moved into phase 2 in building 29 and it’s so peaceful, there’s no loud music, no cars speeding by, at night it’s very calm and relaxing, there’s always open parking so you don’t have to worry about rushing home to find a spot!! Absolutely love these apartments. I have been a resident here for over 5 years and have only had nothing but great experiences here at the Trails at Rock Creek. The first thing you notice about the apartments is the beautiful grounds and scenery of the property. You can tell it is well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. Along with the great amenities like the Lazy River pool area along with 2 other amazing pool locations so its never too packed. They also have 2 great gyms with top of the line equipment and a in house movie theatre for any special occasion. Currently living here! We've been here almost a year now and it's honestly the best apartment I've lived in. Neighbors are nice, the complex is so pretty, and staff is super nice and helpful, ESPECIALLY maintenance! They're really quick to fix issues (like day of fast). Also, they're always willing to help even if it's not a maintenance request. Me and my roommate had to put a spare tire on the car, and we were struggling to loosen the bolts. Well maintenance comes by and sees we were struggling and ended up taking over and doing the whole thing themselves. Anyways all this to say, this is a great place to live, because it's a great community of people, and the staff goes above and beyond. Yall are so amazing!

I lived at Trails at Rock Creek for two years and had zero complaints during my stay. The neighborhood is quiet, nice, and very convenient. The maintenance team was always friendly and quick to respond whenever I needed help. In two years, I only saw 2–3 roaches, which is pretty normal for Houston and they were just near the door. There are quite a few jumping spiders, but I have several houseplants, so that’s expected. The amenities were great — I especially enjoyed the pool and the car wash area. The staff and office workers were always pleasant and professional as well. The rent did increase over time and eventually became a little too expensive for me, but overall, my experience living here was very positive. I really enjoyed the two years I lived here. The onsite staff was a pleasure to talk to. The Site Manager, Luke, was always receptive to my thoughts and suggestions. Their maintenance team were quick to make repairs if they were required. They cut up and removed the downed limbs and repaired damage quickly after hurricane Beryl as well as the tornado. As for amenities, we used the lazy river almost every weekend during the summer. My kids loved it. Their gyms are kept very clean. Although we never got to use it, the theater on site looks pretty cool.
