The Trace at 161

The Trace apartments are the worse place I have ever live. The pictures they are showing. My name is Annie Isable. Go on my Facebook page. I posted pictures of how these apartments are. They don't fix anything. Just put a bandage on. The rented that apartment with a bad foundation. When it's a hard rain. Water come through my bedroom wall. Would have been a good place to live but did a tour and the lady who gave me, my wife and 2 small children a tour didn’t say a single word to any of us, seemed like we where a inconvenience to her but she sure was on that phone

Manager is ok. She help you out as much as possible (when it comes to rent). But upstairs floor will drive you crazy from the noise. The walls are super thin. Management does nothing about complaints. Parking spots are few and not assigned. Only one trash compactor for the entire complex. Garbage is always on the ground. Things are fixed in a timely manner. A/C units are always breaking down. Need major upgrades.

Two bedrooms here are over $1200.00. That's steep for a place with no photos of the apartments or website. However the application fee and administrative fee are very reasonable and this place offers 6 month leases.

Be careful with this apartment complex. Especially if you’re a veteran. I could not physically sign my lease with them because I was still active Duty in the Army stationed in NY so they gave my apartment away. When I called they had no available apartments, so I found a complex that did! Now they won’t return my security deposit and I have to take them to court because they feel that they’re above Mississippi state law. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. 👎
