The Towns On Entiat

We have always paid the rent on time and have never had an issue with being over charged.Ever since we switched to Paragon Group I am still being charged of last month's rent , late fees and Utility bills from November to January . I have screenshots of paying every single month on time so how am I being charged late rent plus late fees from last month? I am still being charged for the full amount that I already paid??? What happened to my money then? I have bank statements to confirm this as well that you guys took it out of my account a long time ago. I tried reaching multiple people including Paragon group and they said they would fix it , well it has been a month and nothing has been fixed and now they are charging extra utility feels from November all the way to January when ived payd
