Love my home and was wondering how many more townhomes left to build. Do you know if in future if there be anymore guests parking and a pool added perhaps. Will there also be a different entrance where we can enter from without using the exits. Thank You
Unique community
After having a painful experience throughout my home build ranging from poor carpentry, work contractors urinating in the bathtub, and multiple rejected warranty claims for poor drainage, I’m stuck with having to swim through several inches of water anytime it rains. The builder will not correct this because the water subsides within 24 hours of rainfall. Please proceed with caution when purchasing a home here. Update after the builder asked me to reach out: I did exactly what was requested and emailed my contact information expecting someone from corporate or customer support to reach out. Instead, my concern was routed right back to the same contractor who previously denied both warranty claims and marked them “complete” in the community portal.
