Jonas deserves every bit of recognition he gets. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it, which I really appreciated — no guessing, no runaround. He worked efficiently without cutting corners, and immediately recommended a replacement. What stood out most was his patience. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, and he treated my space with care and respect. If you’re lucky enough to have Jonas as your maintenance technician, consider yourself well taken care of. He’s the kind of person who makes living here that much better. I originally put a 5 star review for Jonas and Tyrell because they asked me to and they were great when they helped. I just can’t leave 5 stars for the facility as a whole. I’ve paid rent 2 times now and still haven’t fully moved in yet because of the bug problem. I really don’t want to live with bugs and I don’t want to move my pets in with all of the sticky traps that I have lining the corners of the home. I haven’t seen any activity of mice, but the day I moved in there was poop on the kitchen counter and by the outlets. I don’t feel like I’m asking for much… I just want to move in and have a place to call home, but this place is just nasty.

So great, sienna she’s such a great person, have told my family and friends who want to rent apartment from Diamond Ridge to ask for sienna to attend to them, I really really appreciate her service, I don’t even know what to say about her than to say, she’s such a great staff in Diamond ridge property.. thanks so much for your help Sienna… I love you. 11/29/25 Brian came and repair my leak stove and bathroom lights thank you Brian

Extremely disappointed with the lack of proper snow and ice removal by maintenance. It snowed over two weeks ago, and there are still parking lots and parking spaces covered in snow and ice. During the day, the ice partially melts, only to refreeze overnight, creating dangerously slick conditions. This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s unsafe. Residents are forced to walk across icy parking lots to get to their cars, and it’s especially concerning for the children who have to walk to bus stops and stand in ice-covered streets each morning. Someone is going to get seriously hurt if this continues. Snow removal is a basic responsibility of property management in winter conditions. This place has poor customer service. DIMEYA one of the managers was so rude to my mother because she couldn’t read my mom’s taxes returns… After my mother tried to explain and go over her returns the whole time all she did was roll her eyes, make remarks, and say how “wrong” my mom’s paper work was. My mom has a tax person who is highly professional and TRIPLE checks her work so there’s no way they messed up her taxes (she’s been with her tax person for over 10 years) so this had nothing to do with anything but Dimeya’s inability to read correctly. i DO NOT recommend this place. if i could give negative stars i would.
