Makayla was absolutely amazing and made my move into my new apartment so much easier and less stressful. From start to finish, she was professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and her positive attitude made a big difference on what could have been a very overwhelming day. I truly appreciate her patience, hard work, and attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for better help during my move, and I highly recommend Makayla to anyone who needs someone they can trust and rely on.
The units are modern & functional. The apartment has nice amenities however they are always broken or unavailable. The managers always blame it on the building vendors, but they never change up the vendors and we continue to pay for amenities that do not work. Staff is nice and the problems are out of their control. The building often has homeless people camping in the stairwells. Cars are broken into & bikes are stolen frequently. The doors are constantly propped open which is a concern for safety. Residents often bring these concerns to staff but nothing is done to fix it. We will not be resigning our lease.
I am extremely disappointed in this place. I recently renewed my lease because the renewal rate seemed fair. In addition, I enjoy the location and haven’t had any major issues in the year I’ve been here. However, upon signing my lease, I came across two major monthly charges added to it: an HOA fee and a package amenity fee. I was told this amenity fee charge covers three shared cooking grills and a small dog park. It seems a bit odd. Why not just include those fees in the lease from the start? Why stack on more charges? If there are around 10 buildings with 20 units each, charging those amounts per month, they’re making a good profit off just a few cooking grills and a small dog park. Lastly, communication with the leasing office via phone is non-existent. They never answer. If you show u
An absolute Bait and Switch. Beware! When I toured the property in August I was told the pool was open year round. I told the agent great since I use swimming as my primary form of cardio. She let me know this property would be great for me then. Fast forward. The pool is kept at a temperature so it doesn’t freeze over. Even then it has had to be repaired while living here because it was freezing over. So disappointed. Additionally, our packages are frequently stolen from the package room. I do not feel safe. There are squatters living in the parking garage that we pay $75 for. They then have access to the entire inside of the building! People have had their cars broken into and now someone’s apartment door was opened overnight with a crow bar! The jets for the hot tub do not work. Gym ma
I am so horribly disappointed. When we moved into our townhome, it wasn’t even ready! In addition, the washer/dryer didn’t work; the garage door opener and dishwasher didn’t work; the stove was missing a burner; there were holes in the wall with paint missing; and the worst, it was July and the air didn’t work! I was very, very patient. After three months of living there, these problems were finally addressed. Finally. We lived there for over a year. When I had a problem, I addressed it myself or asked my friends for help. I knew it would never be done in a timely manner otherwise. When we moved out, I was charged for broken blinds, paint that was chipped, and other things that resulted in almost $600! This was in addition to the deposit paid, which I never got back. As beautiful as this a
