The Towers at Forest Acres

NO STARS... NO STARS... NO STARS. It was a mistake to move here from the beginning. First off it has been almost a year here. Promised at move in which was April 2025 that hall carpets would be replaced by the end of 2025. They were not and still have not been replaced. Stained with pet piss and poo. The smell is horrid it will leave you nauseous dry heaving. Not to mention the Fire Hazard at the front entrance of the West Building. you can hardly get out of the building - god forbid a fire or other real emergency happens. The hot water has been a issue for a year now - They say they are finally addressing it on 2/17 this year - up to that point; no hot water on any day and anytime of the day. I have had to complain (LOUDLY) for the last 5 consecutive weekends for someone to flip the switc

I really don’t know where to begin with this absolutely terrible place. It’s infested with roaches so bad that you can see them crawling in the hallways. The common areas are not kept clean and only seem to be cleaned when upper management comes though for an inspection. The pool has been closed all summer long with zero communication from management. It was barely open last year also. The gym is filthy. Absolutely nothing to wipe machines down with and it doesn’t seem to have been mopped in the last year that I’ve lived here. The parking lot is full of trash and despite getting another dumpster it still has furniture beside it that has been there for months. The laundry room has been in a state of disrepair for at least a year. Just a generally filthy area. And don’t get me started on the

I lived here for a year. It was honestly one of the worst apartments I had ever lived in. The maintenance always gets to you super late. The hot water barely works in the winter time. The water system in general is very bad. The rent they charge is a joke. Paying a lot of money for a crappy apartment. They spike up the rent very high when your lease is about to end. The management is awful and rude. The amenities they offer is a joke. Since they barely work. The pool was not even available almost all of last summer. The gym they have is awful. I would highly recommend not living here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! There’s a German roach infestation that has been going on for years in the east building. Pest control does not help. The towers has been on the news for a rat infestation in the west building.The pool was closed all summer with no explanation. Which also meant that the only place to grill was also closed. The gym looks nothing like the pictures on the website. There’s only cameras in the west building and doors that are supposed to be locked for safety remain unlocked/ propped open at night. Not to mention the dog poop covering the ground. And now they are trying to bribe people for good reviews. I would stay far away from this place. Rent goes up every year and the quality is consistently getting worse.

I have lived in the Towers at Forest Acres since 2023 and while originally the apartment was adequate since then it has gone nothing but downhill. I have been dealing with a roach infestation for months with no correspondence from the ever changing managers. I live by myself as a young adult and have had this seriously affecting my health due to the roach droppings littered around the apartment as well as the copious amounts I’ve spent on at home bug care. I’ve linked pictures of my apartment including the borax behind my fridge as that’s where they gather that I can see and the corner near where the roof leaks when it rains. I’ve sent emails and left voicemails and Service requests as it’s included in the lease for pest care. Overall the maintenance team (separate from management team) is
