The Toluca Lofts

We have lived at Toluca Lofts for a couple of months now and love it! This is a wonderful home for people who value a quiet, peaceful community. Everyone we’ve met here has been so polite and respectful. The apartments themselves are clean and well maintained. And, of course, the team is great as well. Shoutout to Lonnie, Jazmine, and Jack! Also shoutout to the very kind man in the janitorial team (I’m afraid I don’t know his name)! Our household is happy to call this place home! :)

I live here. It’s gotten a lot better over the years with the management. Was rough a few years ago, but pretty chill now. They will repair stuff but you have to nag often. The floors are a bit uneven on the top floor lofts and the roof is in desperate need of repair. Shared washer dryers that you have to pay for on each floor, often broken. Also very close to a loud street. All that being said the loft spaces are cool and a rare find in this area. Neighbors are nice. Very close to Toluca lake downtown and noho arts. Nice walking across the street in Toluca terrace. Pretty great location for getting to a lot of places. Feels safe and not sketchy.

I spent 14 months in this apartment and I can say with confidence that I'd stay for another 14 if I wasn't leaving LA altogether. Jazmine and the entire front office know how to run a building and do so with grace, kindness, and top of the line professionalism. When issues came up they were handled with efficiency and I could always count on Jazmine and her team to actually care enough to make things right and do so with a positive attitude. I'll forever be thankful for my time there and will always drop in if I'm ever in town.

I have been here since December 2023 and I have no complaints. The building feels safe and secure and it is always very quiet and clean. The property manager Toya has been really helpful and extremely accommodating to any issues or concerns we have had. All of the employees in the building including Toya are very friendly and always have a positive attitude and always say hi.

This apartment complex is the best one I have lived at by far. When we reached out to schedule a tour they were quick to respond to us and give us a date to schedule. Upon arriving we viewed two apartments with Jen and was very attentive to all our questions and concerns we had. After finishing the tour we had a conversation with Toiya(the property manager). She is a very sweet, kind, caring person. Toiya had us feeling like we were residents before we even applied and that was one of the reasons we decided to go with this apartment complex. Apart from the actual apartment, the staff is great! And attentive to every individual tenant. I appreciate Toiya for always making sure we’re doing good as well as Larry and Jack for making sure there are no problems in our apartment and always bein
