The Timbers of Fort Smith

The reason of giving this review. I have been there for about 3 years A lot of things has changed especially yesterday when I went to pay the rent, it had went up and there was no notice that the rent was going up. There's supposed to give a notice by law. Second I look at my account this morning. They still have not took it out of my account. I have other bills that come out of my account now if they try to take you down. Now I don't have enough to pay. So now what they're going to want to do is charge me late charges. When I paid the rent, it needs to come out by that night or that day. So now there's not enough in there to pay the. Rent, you guys need to fix that. Because everything else that I have autopay. Comes out automatically not a day not 2 day not 3 days later And by looking at

The new manager (Myyah) is really sweet and professional. Property is well maintained & quiet. I have family who live here and they seem to be pleased. There are restaurants, an EZ Mart and other shops within walking distance. Seems like a winner to me!

Outside always has roaches. The landlord is always expecting a nice attitude even if they are actively giving a tenant no sympathy for the money I’ve spent on an infestation. Saying that that’s “here-say” well I have the receipts. I pay my rent on time, and was payed back by being ridiculed after being talked over. Then told my attitude was the issue, but she’s talking over me, not letting me finish.

Mrs Cherr and Mrs Angie are two amazing people. This is a great and wonderful place to live these ladies actually care. I have nerve had landlord that put there residents first and handle all needs as they come in. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart may the lord keep blessing both of you❤️❤️❤️
