The Timbers at Long Reach Apartments

The leasing experience was pleasant. Marijey was great to work with and very professional. The community itself is outdated and kinda dangerous. The apartments are a good size and affordable.

This place claims to be a "smoke free" community but over the last 2 months some neighbor has been smoking so heavily that our living room smells like they're smoking inside our apartment. We went to management and they said they couldn't do anything about it unless we knew who was doing it - we don't know because the entire landing outside of our apartment smells so bad!

This apartment complex has fallen into absolute shambles over the last few years. Currently have gone 30 days without an AC, two separate contractors have come through, 1 two weeks after it broke and the other stopped by last week and both assessed the same thing with no result. The leasing office does not have any customer service skills, they mute the phone and refuse to answer unless in the ideal mood/situation. They will only communicate with you if you walk to them or leave a message. They do not keep up on your problems and are too overwhelmed as a staff of 2, and the property manager works another property as well. They have a 7 hour work day but are usually only available for 5. These apartments have leaks, mice, broken equipment and maintenance is unable to keep up. My bathroom fa

I’ve been living at Long Reach Apartments for a year, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is perfect. The management team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly.

I have just recently moved in to the apartment complex, I have a one room unit and when I first came in there were some problems that I wanted to address to the complex. 3 days after moving they eventually sent someone name Daniel and he was very friendly and helpful with addressing issues that I had and he was also the handyman. He was really amazing at his job, especially on how much work he put into the issues I had, he really wanted to help me out. I would recommend to everyone asking for Daniel whenever you want something fix as he’s a really nice guy and handyman. 👍
