The Timbers at Harris Ranch Apartments

I’ve lived at the Timbers since September of 2023 and have been completely satisfied with everything. My apartment is awesome and I have not had one problem since moving in. The office staff have been super to work with. They are always friendly and great to visit with whenever I go to the club house. The get-togethers they host are always fun. Amy, Whitney and now Nicky are awesome people. The gym, pool area and other amenities are always in great shape.

We’ve had an exceptional experience at this luxury apartment community, and a big part of that is the incredible team — especially Whitney. Whitney truly stands out. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for residents set the tone for the entire property. She communicates clearly, follows through on everything she promises, and handles situations with confidence and grace. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in creating a high-level living experience. Her organization, responsiveness, and leadership skills make a noticeable difference. Nicky and Amy are equally wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Together, they create an atmosphere that feels both polished and personal. Nicky is the man! The Timbers at Harris Ranch is a fantastic place to live. The staff is excellent and easy to work with, and the overall vibe is clean, modern, and welcoming. The on-site gym is well equipped, and the pool and hot tub are extremely clean, well maintained, and heated. There’s a great community feel here, and it’s very close to the Greenbelt and nearby parks. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience living at The Timbers at Harris Ranch, and I felt compelled to write a review because a couple of recent comments don’t reflect what I’ve personally experienced here. First, the property itself is beautiful. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and the location along the Harris Ranch area is fantastic. The amenities are also a big highlight — the clubhouse and gym are clean, well kept, and actually enjoyable to use. I work from home and spend a fair amount of time in the common areas, so I see how the property operates during the day, not just in passing. One person who deserves recognition is Whitney, the assistant manager. She has always been professional, helpful, and genuinely kind when interacting with residents. It is truly a joy to live at The Timbers. I thought it would be a temporary 1 year stay and it’s been a pure surprise and delight that I just signed another lease. The staff is kind and attentive and the property is beautiful. I highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment that often feels like a resort.
