Brooke went above and beyond to help me get situated. The amenities here are wonderful and my dogs are so welcome. The other tenants are friendly and there's a bunch to do I love it here

The move in expirence was excellent!! Brooke, the property manager, did a great job showing me my new place of living, including the many beneficial amenities the apartment complex has to offer and answered any questions or concerns I had. Also, Chris, the on-site maintenance technician was kind enough to reach out and ask about further details on things I wanted fixed then followed up with me once the work was completed, which I appreciated. It's been a smooth and stress free experience. 10 out of 10!

I should have read the reviews. If you are new to the area I would avoid this company. There is little to no communication between departments so you will get little or no responses from management. They will not get in contact with you regarding your deposit, like the review below me also mentions. The leasing manager said the accounting department would reach out to me and after several attempts and several days I have not received any replies. I was ghosted after I withdrew my application because of the negative reviews and painfully slow processing time and red flags about the building not having security cameras, the thin walls, the bikes getting stolen out of the bike room, and the other complaints. The repairman was kind and accommodating to my schedule, and fixed the broken window and dishwasher very soon after I submitted the maintenance request. I was expecting a delayed response due to the holiday, but was instead met with the usual efficient and effective response.

Maintenance made the repairs quickly the afternoon they came by and were very friendly. I wish I had known listing the items as "not urgent" was going to be three weeks out. That seems a little long for repairs that took under 15min to complete. It's better than my move-in items though that were never taken care of. It is a building of studio apartments so I find it best to manage my expectations accordingly.
