The Theodore Apartments

This place has been great! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They are always so helpful and fun to be around and they even have arcade games in the community room. Ellie be in there chef’in it up and Kayla got the beats! Robin is super down to earth and easy to talk to. Don’t believe all the bad reviews on here. They are probably the ones who didn’t follow the rules and then want to complain later when they realize you have to pay for things 😉

My husband and I moved in around a month ago and so far have enjoyed living here. The only thing that I didn’t like upon moving in was that my apartment hadn’t been deep cleaned before I arrived. I didn’t find mold or bugs but I did find dust and a broken window slider. I will say that I moved in 15 mins after signing our lease. So they didn’t really get the chance to deep clean because I wanted to move in ASAP as I’d just moved to Washington and needed a living space. When I first moved here everyone told me to stay away from S. Hosmer but this place feels safe. There is 24 hour security that you can literally watch keep non residents out as well as an a large fence around the building. Office staff are really nice and you can tell they love their job. Kayla specifically has been amazing

Review of Theodore Apartments & Their Property Management I am a current resident at Theodore Apartments, temporarily relocated within the property due to plumbing and mold issues in my original unit. While I appreciate the effort to move us during construction, the unit we were placed in was not move-in ready by any professional standard—and the conditions raise serious concerns about health, safety, and management priorities. Upon entering the temporary unit, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned or inspected: • Mold was visibly present around the toilet rim, dark and embedded—not surface mildew. This is a clear sign of long-term neglect and a failure to follow basic sanitation protocols. • The duvet left behind was stained, dusty, and showed signs of fungal g

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Management here tries to take advantage of tenants who are moving out. We gave clear notice of our intent to vacate, communicated with the office in person and by message, and still they’re attempting to charge us for an extra month after we already confirmed our move-out date. It’s extremely unprofessional how disconnected their staff is, one person says everything’s fine for move-out, and then another suddenly tries to enforce surprise fees after the fact. It’s frustrating and feels like they’re just trying to squeeze extra money out of residents before they leave. We’ve paid on time, taken care of the unit, and handled everything respectfully. Literally the best apartment tour I've ever had! Everyone working here is SO sweet and welcoming. The grounds are well-kept, security is good, and the view of the pond is beautiful. The apartment building is lovely and newly renovated, super affordable, all new appliances AND the new leasing deals are INCREDIBLE. I'm excited to apply to live here!
