Longest Sale ever... Ryan Robbins has helped me out of the last 5 years, went above and beyond! I am an Australian citizen, that had Australian court orders that the property was owned by me, however my ex would not sign the property transfer forms for the US who do not recognise Australian court orders. Ryan directed me to attorneys to start the process through the Florida courts, communicated with me via what's app. He organised for the house to be renovated, dealt with my prior tenants .. Took videos of the house that I have never been too in Jacksonville .. Quite frankly I will miss Ryan, as he had done more than any real estate agent that I have dealt with in Australia.
