The Terraces

Out of all the places this place is the one that has felt at home the most. the staff is so friendly and so quick with responses. Both Nicole and Nancy have been angels to me and my family. The maintenance department is always so nice and quick. Pretty quiet and easy to live in, plus neighbors are really friendly and easy to get along with. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoying the holiday spirit here at The Terraces 🥰 They’ve got a wrapping station! The office smells like Christmas and the music is always jamming. Nicole and the staff are AWSOME! Love this community! 💖

I enjoyed the peaceful environment while living at TheTerraces, in comparison to where I lived previously. The staff has been great during my time there and I would like to say thank you to Nancy and Nicole for her understanding, while I was in process of moving out due to relocating to another state during my last week there. Here are a few pics of the view from my unit and birds. I will miss the nature scenery.

Nicole is extraordinarily kind, professional, talented, and truly awesome. She actively listens to every word and concern you may have. She goes above and beyond—from the move-in process to making sure you’re fully settled afterward. Even after you’re settled, they’re still super sweet and welcoming. She genuinely made this place feel like HOME. Her team is great as well; they’re all committed to giving you an amazing experience, and that level of commitment isn’t something you find everywhere. Applyyy!

Our experience at the Terrance has been great so far. Nicole was a big help even with all of our hesitations, doubts and questions. She showed us every property we wanted to see and checked in during our moving process. Honestly wouldn’t have gone through with the process without her!
