The Terraces at Park Heights (Senior Apartments)

Spacious beautiful furniture well planned coffee for anyone who enters with a sit down area to enjoy while waiting for the person who lives there. Also, it’s for the tenants first of all. Well decorated and comfortable. Surrounding grounds are very comfortable for sitting outside and well decorated.

I’m so very blessed to be here. This place is beautiful and it actually feels like home. I don’t ever have to move again. Management is absolutely amazing. Thank you God

The move-in was not good. If there was a rating less than one star, I would choose no star. The property manager did not escort me to my new dwelling, my daughter did that. I have a slight disability. I was not provided the apartment that I signed a lease to rent. I was supposed to have a 1 bedroom with a den. I had just a one bedroom. The property manager (PM), neither the assistant or maintenance person did not check the apartment prior to signing it to me. I had applied for a two bedroom. They told me that all the 2 bedrooms were gone. Then she took me to a 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor that she said had just become available on the day I moved in. Yet a couple days later, the resident were invited to a gathering with developers and the VP that helped to build The Terrace said it had only

This is a very nice community to live in. Beautiful ambience and the surroundings is so well taken care of. The staffs are so friendly and always ready to help

Beautiful surroundings ambience is beautiful the landscaping the Senior chairs and rocking chairs, the washer and dryer inside of the apartment the island and I have three bay windows, which I love
