The Terraces at Forest Springs Apartments

This is an amazing community. It is beautiful and safe. The staff are amazing and all service requests are answered and fixed promptly by very competent repair staff. The apartments are well designed and you don't hear your neighbors on the other side of the wall or upstairs or downstairs. This is very hard to find even in the most expensive apartments. They are less expensive and the quality is top notch.

This place is not luxury, it is a upscale project invested with bugs and spiders. There is one garbage disposal for the community that has been broke for over a month. We seen rats while dropping off trash yesterday. We are suppose to be in a secure gated community, well good luck. Both gates have not worked since I’ve been here for a year. You can come and go as you please . The second floor entry levels are dark and filthy filled with Cobb webs that collect dust. Parking is unbelievable if your lucky coming in at night. You will be lucky to get a spot near your building. Did you know we pay people or pool attendants to sign people in as they come in the pool? That money should be used to get the cable working in the gym that has also been out. Where is our $1500, $1600, $1700, and $1800

If I could give this place and their staff more than five stars I would. This was by far the easiest and stress free interaction we’ve ever had. We found Terraces at Forest Springs online after looking at multiple apartments and after a nightmare experience of living in Louisville for the last year. We called Kimberly was SO kind and understanding; because we knew there might be a chance we call and couldn’t see one the same day. But she got us in, as soon as we got to the office she was ready to answer any and all questions showed us a BEAUTIFUL apartment like the one we would be moving into. (They have all the extras you would imagine time a pickle ball court, gym to tanning beds.) Absolutely LOVE this community. Kimberly helped us with all of our questions and got us into the apartment that would work best for our needs. We’ve been here a week and have already been greeted by our neighbors with Sourdough bread which is the absolute SWEETEST thing! We’ve loved spending our days at the pool and we’re excited to spend time at the playground soon. And don’t get me started with the layout of our apartment! Our home is too cute and cozy, I don’t think I’ll ever want to leave.

I’m sad to leave the place we have called home for almost 3 years but we have decided to purchase our first home and have found the house to make a home. Super excited! There’s not one thing I could complain about other than the gate but you get use to it people just ram it all the time so it’s only gated on one side or if you truly want a gated community always use the back entrance it’s yet to break or get rammed 😂 but over all it’s a great community the office staff is wonderful, very well maintained landscaping and grounds and snow removal/de icing is on point I’ve e only had to call maintenance a few times and the issue was resolved that day they even let me in when I lost my key at midnight one night.
