I recommend Lynda especially if you are just moving into the city! Moving to a new city and making a fresh start is hard for anyone. My roommates and I Knew what to look for, but we're concerned about our budgets and finding a safe place to live. If it wasn't for Lynda, we would have never have found our new place. She worked so hard to get us our favorite apartment and made us feel like we weren't alone in the city. She kept up a great line of communication and let us know when she wouldn't be able to reply and when she could. Her personality is wonderful as well! I highly recommend working with Lynda Alley! The first time I met Lynda was at an apartment viewing and I could sense her sincerity and passion immediately. She was not pushy nor standoffish, which seem to be the two extremes you encounter with most agents. She found a beautiful apartment for me that was everything I wanted. Lynda really goes to bat for her clients to make sure they are truly satisfied. Because I am a graduate student I had some extenuating circumstances and was not approved by two landlords but Lynda did not give up.
