The Sutton Luxury Apartments Portland

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Sutton. Allen and Jay are amazing valets!! They always greet us and everyone with such a friendly and warm embrace. We couldn’t be happier with our choose to live here and people like them definitely contribute to making this place feel like home.

I’ve lived here for four months, and have loved it so far. The building itself is beautiful, with lovely amenities, but what makes me the happiest is the great community. Diana (the experience director) runs frequent events for residents which has made meeting my neighbors and making friends easy. There are free fitness classes for residents, which isn’t very common in this area, and it has ended up being my favorite amenity by far.

The staff and management make you feel at home. The activities and those who organize them go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and allow guests to interact with each other. Great communication system. The decor of the common areas and the maintenance are very guest-friendly. There's no perfection; there are some minor issues with parking or maintenance, but they are always willing to resolve them. I'm very grateful, and if I were to return to Oregon, I wouldn't hesitate to return to The Sutton. Thank you for a pleasant stay. With nostalgia, I bid you farewell. BEAU-TI-FUL! This building is so gorgeous, as soon as you walk in you are greeted by a lovely receptionist and high quality amenities. The lobby looks just like from a hotel! I came to visit a friend and stayed in a guest suite for a weekend, It was inexpensive and the rooms were PERFECT - felt like I was staying at a hotel, Wi-Fi was included, a kitchen with utensils, cups, and plates and my personal bathroom! Housekeeping helped me with extra towels and a comforter! I also attended an event while I was here and it has been on my mind since! I was able to meet the staff here, Diane throws such intricate and beautiful events! She went all out for this event having amazing decorations, the food, the Live Music, and wine tasting! (They even had a Keg w/Cider!!!) Huge Thanks to Haiti and Chri

One of my favorite parts about living here is the valet service. Allen and Jay are both amazing and always go above and beyond. They’re consistently friendly, helpful, and make everything so easy when coming and going. It’s such a small thing that makes a big difference day to day for me.
