The Sundance Company

We purchased a Sundance spa from a dealer. Now we have a warranty related issue and when attempted to call dealer had suddenly went out of business. I contacted Sundance directly and they referred me to an outside source for warranty work. I called this outside service and was informed our spa did not show any warranty. I called back to Sundance and was told they were working on my concerns and would return my call within 48 hours. Well that time has come and no return call. Now i have to be the squeeky wheel to attempt to obtain warranty assistance again and figure out what will be done. Also when they now refer to outside assistance the independent company charges $150.00 per visit service call!!!!! I will make sure all the persons that i know looking into hot tubs right now to look for

I have worked for several companies that rent properties from Sundance. I can tell you that they are very good about sending ruthless and demanding emails about parking spots and things that you have to do as a tenant at their locations. They're more than happy to tell you when your people are parking in the wrong spots by threatening to tow them before even asking any questions about available spots or piles of snow making it completely unavailable for us to use our current parking spots... they're more than happy to tell you when you are doing something wrong but they're impossible to get a hold of to get anything done for your property. . They will constantly ask you to do things at their property that they should be covering. They don't provide enough spots for parking and if yo

I absolutely love leasing my business space from the Sundance Company! My property manager, Carissa Mattison, is amazing. She responds so quickly to anything that I may need help with, all maintenance needs are met with in a timely manner, and the properties are well maintained, which with this being my third business, and third property I've leased from, I can say my experience with them far exceeds any company I've worked with! I keep joking with them that they'll never get rid of me now, but I'm actually not joking, I love it there, which means everything when you're a business owner to love where you work!

I have been a tenant with the Sundance Company for a year and a half and have to sing their praises. They are easy to work with and responsive whenever I've needed something. My business grew quicker than expected and they were eager and willing to work with me to expand my suite in an effortless manner! Whenever I have an issue related to maintenance, they respond quickly and are willing to work around my busy schedule. I love being a tenant with The Sundance Company and would highly recommend them to anyone.
