Great property. We’ve lived here a year and renewed for a 16 month lease. We feel safe here. Well maintained property. Zenia Chan is a great employee. All maintenance staff are great and quick to respond. Marisol is also fantastic

One of the best services ever!!!! Excellent! I want to name each person by name Tara, Larissa, &Tania each helped me with my move and welcome me at the Summit By Picerne moving is to stressful and made it easy and better for me. I am truly happy, to be in one of the best places in Las Vegas NV.

We moved here a few weeks ago. Taylor, Zenia and Marisol were all so helpful and made the difficult process of leasing and moving as easy as possible. We really like it here, the pool is great, the location ideal and Dustin is very quick to address any little thing in our apartment that needs maintenance. The management has proven to be excellent. The complex is clean and well maintained and the office is communicative and available to help with everything. 100% satisfied with our choice to move in here.

I had a water heater leaking emergency and the maintenance team of Robert, Howard, Dustin, and Teresa acted fast and professionally with care to my personal belongings. They got the water under control, removed the broken heater, installed a new heater, and cleaned up the water mess better than it was before. All in the space of just a hour or two. Incredible service! Highly recommend them as they are especially excellent at maintenance requests and quickly fixing things the same day. Even a broken light bulb!

Ok so I just moved in and the process has been amazing. It actually started prior to moving in the staff here is absolutely top tier! Larisha is awesome her spirit is so genuine she made it immediately feel like home! Her smile is infectious and can brighten your day which it definitely did!The smiles on everyone's faces from Tania and the most amazing Sacha they just welcome you in! Me and my wife love our new apartment! We got the one we wanted and was welcomed with huge smiles on our move in day! Thank you to this Picerne team we really appreciate you all!!!
