What an amazing staff at The Summit! From my very first tour with Sydney to the final close-out process with management, everything has been a wonderful experience. Sydney has always been polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. She even created a happy hour where residents could meet one another, which I truly enjoyed. She consistently responded in a timely manner, always found solutions to any concerns, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Joseia (I hope I have his name right) in maintenance was also excellent—quick to help, kind, and dependable. He made sure everything was taken care of right away. I lived here Jun’23 to Aug’25. I chose it because I was new to the city and wanted a safe, reliable place to call home. At first, it seemed promising. The first year had minor issues—not enough to move. However, within the 2nd year, it got worse. I don’t write this to be a Karen. I gave mgmt the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but future tenants deserve transparency, especially at this price point. (~$1700 for a 570 sq ft 1 b/1b that increases every year). Elevators out for 2 weeks (Feb’25): I want to make it clear, I completely understand that they are at the mercy of the elevator repair companies, my issues are with the lack of communication. I’ve really enjoyed living in the summit, and it’s the first apartment I’ve resigned at. My unit was clean when I moved in, and it’s a pretty good size! The view is great, and the gym and building are cleaned regularly. It’s super nice to pay for the garage parking, and have guests park in the parking deck for just a few dollars. The new maintenance guy is really great, and stuff gets fixed within a few days. If I had to think of something, sometimes the elevators have issues, but I know management is at the mercy of the vendor, and last time there was an issue they were fixed in about a day. I’ve lived in a lot of complexes around the city, and I recommend the summit!

Ive been at this location for going on 3 years and love it! Management of this building is great and any maintenance requests are always resolved very quickly. Facilities are also well maintained.

Easy move in experience! Toby is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I was supported every step through the application process by Sydney. I had so many questions and Sydney answered every single one with patience and expertise. I love the location and cannot wait to make some lovely memories here!
