Truly the Best Two Years — An Amazing Community I’ve lived here for two years, and I can genuinely say this has been one of the best rental experiences my family has ever had. Before applying, I’ll admit I read some reviews that made me nervous. But in my personal experience, I have not experienced any of the negative things mentioned. Not once. My apartment has been peaceful, spacious, and incredibly quiet. You don’t hear neighbors through the walls, you don’t feel stressed about noise, and there’s a real sense of privacy and comfort here. Our neighbors have been kind, respectful, and truly a blessing to our family. The sense of community here is something special. Now I have to give the biggest recognition to the maintenance team — Zay, Drey, and Quis. They are absolutely phenomenal.
If you’re honestly looking to live somewhere for low cost, this may be the right place, but definitely expect to receive the worst service you’ve ever received from maintenance and from office staff. I’ve lived here for over a year and watched the maintenance staff changed almost every week. People come and go they are inconsistent. The office does a horrible job at hiring staff. none of the people they hired can actually do their job efficiently. Everyone seems miserable. currently there’s three maintenance people only one who is able to actually work on maintenance request (takes days to actually get a problem resolved so it’s in your best interest to not have an emergency while you’re living here). The 2nd person is just there to look dumb literally doesn’t know how to do any maintenan
I lived in this property for a full year, and it was the worst rental experience of my life. Maintenance was almost nonexistent. • The AC ) was broken for over 4 months with no real repair. • The washing machine did not work for more than 6 months from the day I received the apartment. • Every maintenance request was delayed, ignored, or marked “completed” without anything being fixed. • The entire maintenance history is documented with dates and tickets. The leasing office is extremely unprofessional and often closed during posted hours. Communication is rude and dismissive, and tenants are left without real support. What happened at the end of my lease felt like a trap: Throughout the year, all messages pushed only for “renewal.” The portal links they sent were repeatedly “User/Link N
If I could give these apartments, a zero star I would. So I given them multiple calls and emails about receiving my administration fee back. That I paid once I did the application $200 to be exact. My original move-in date was supposed to be September 22. I ended up receiving an call a week and a half prior to moving in from the “Manager”stating that she will have to change my move-in date because the residents that currently lived there wasn’t moving out as of yet. I needed to be out my apartment by September 19th, which would’ve put me behind because I would have moved out of my apartment and moved everything into storage. Plus rent a room and stuff until they had my apartment available. The manager stated to me that I needed to reach out to corporate, which I did multiple times now, pro
I complained about my ac unit leaking at least 42 times. Maintenance only came to drain the water out using a shop vac, every time. Back in December of last year I noticed mold where the hot water heater is located because of a water leak. I contacted code enforcement and the apartment complex sent maintenance in to paint over the mold. I am allergic to mold so I became really ill. Well a few months later the mold was back and it was far worse. Management sent a third party company to bring to machines to help with pulling the moisture from the closet where the leak was and a blower to dry up any fallen water. Needless to say I did not renew my lease be cause management refused to address the mold and they sent a painter in two days after I moved out. Management never fixed problems, they
