The Summit at Nashville West Apartments

As a tenant who lived here for 3 years and just moved out to relocate for my job, I wanted to leave a review about my wonderful experience living here. The office staff were always kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is honestly amazing. They showed up within an hour of my AC unit going bad, and they have always fixed every maintenance request within a day or two at most. I’ve never had any issue with sounds from the upstairs neighbors; obviously you are going to hear some sounds but I easily worked from home everyday without issue. Yes, parking can be tricky for guests as many reviews have mentioned, so it can be challenging to have a lot guests over. Lived here a while ago and forgot to leave a review. That said hopefully things have become better. The office staff was nice for the most part and maintenance was always kind and courteous. I also felt they did a good job keeping the grounds clean. I do recommend getting a parking pass if it's available to save yourself the hassle of parking too far from your apartment. My biggest issue was noise (from upstairs, downstairs, and the side of me) and how they dealt with noise complaints and ultimately it lead me to end my lease early. If you are otherwise not a person who notices or cares about noise like that, its a fine place to live.

My husband and I are crazy about our pups - and this apartment complex is perfectly pet friendly! That's the main reason we've stuck around. Our dogs love the new dog park and meeting all of our dog neighbors. There's lots of greenery for walks and the staff up front has even held pet friendly events. It's about a ten minute drive to two very big dog parks and right across the street from a dog friendly brewery, tailgate, and a pet resort/doggie daycare. Doesn't get much better for this dog mom and dad! On top of this - the amenities have been great, prices reasonable, and maintenance services have been excellent. We are still very glad we picked summit a little over a year ago.

Seeing all of these negative reviews and living here for so long, I figured it was time I shared my experience. My husband and I have been residents here at Summit for 5 years! We have lived in three different floorplans over those years. Each apartment was located in a different building and we have had wonderful experiences in all of them. Will you hear your neighbors? Sometimes, sure… because it’s an apartment- not a house. In my opinion, the walls are not paper thin, but you will hear the normal sounds that come with apartment living (and if this is a major concern for you- live on the top floor). If you follow the parking rules in place for residents/guests, you simply won’t get booted- easy. There are guest parking spaces past the gate. If those spots are full, there is plenty of o
