The Summit at Cane Ridge

This was my first apartment and it has been great to me and my family! Everyone is very friendly and helpful with any issues that may arise. Would recommend to anyone to rent here. Great price compared to all the other apartments in the surrounding area!

Don’t rent here. All buildings are infested with cockroaches and maintenance, it never does anything. They do not have the washing centers that they say in their contracts, maintenance and the office takes up to more than a month to be able to resolve any problem.

I left a review a year ago and I am renewing my lease. I feel safer in the apartment complex with the added security by the management and I also put up my own cameras. My advice is to clean out your cars (what you might think is not valuable a criminal might think it is) also buy an outdoor camera. But I am happier now living here and the office staff is still nice and they are amazing for listen to the concerns of their residents and doing something about them. Especially during the winter months. You provided a salt truck to get us safely up the e trance hill. It was awesome. Thank you for all of the hard work that you and your maintenance team is doing to keep us safe.

I lived here now over 2 years my experience has been amazing. The customer service that's provided by office staff is Amazing. Always so polite and nice. You all are always willing to help in anyway possible. Even the maintenance staff is amazing they come as soon as possible to help in anyway. We also have a courtesy office that live on the property as well. So awesome. I am loving living here since the first day I moved in. Always very clean and the landscape very neat Always and so clean. This is one of the best places I have lived. Thank you all for the hard work you do everyday. I love Summit Apartments. If you are looking for a place to live look no further what are you waiting for. Call them and get onboard. You will love living here.

The Summit has been my home for almost 9 years and that speaks volumes. I can honestly say til this day, I still have no complaints. The amenities, such as the pool, gym and gazebo, are awesome. The office staff are friendly and understanding to your concerns. If something breaks down in my apartment, maintenance is on top of it immediately. The apartment grounds are well maintained and the complex looks nice. Overall, It's been a peaceful and fun place to live for me.
