The Sully

I recently moved into Sully and it has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The gym is a great bonus, always clean and well equipped, which makes it easy to stay active. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and you can even see the building right from the entrance of Wegmans. I also received the Sully throw blanket and mugs as a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch :) What truly makes Sully stand out is the management team. Theresa is warm, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile, while Saied is caring, professional, and quick to take care of any issues. We absolutely love our new apartment. We moved in a few days ago, and everything is brand new and well maintained. The community offers a wide range of amenities, including a gym, office and co-working spaces, a pet spa, bike racks, a swimming pool, and multiple grilling areas. The application process took a bit longer than we initially expected due to lot of miscommunication, but Saied worked diligently with us and did his best to ensure everything went smoothly. He kept us informed throughout the process and made sure all documents were properly handled. When Saied was unavailable, Fatima, the property manager, was also incredibly helpful and supportive. I was able to tour The Sully apartment homes today and they were absolutely beautiful. I had a great experience touring these apartment homes and look forward to moving in. The overall property is well-designed, with spacious floor plans and great natural light. The amenities really stood out, especially the well-equipped fitness center and inviting common areas. Everything feels new, updated, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was professional and informative, making the tour easy and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for modern living with great amenities.

The Sully staffs have been amazing and the apartment is modern, luxurious and all I ask for when I moved back here. I have been taken care of and reached out with help timely and thoroughly. staffs are friendly and knowledgeable and always available. staffs are here everyday to help you and provides you the best solution. my leasing officer Saied helped me everytime I needed help thoroughly and timely. though, I’m not sure if because of the winter season, hot water for shower seems to be limited, the water turns cold after, in average, 30 mins. I wish they can do something about it, make sure in winter season have sufficient hot water. thank you,
