My family and I have enjoyed living here this past year. New management has taken over and Melissa has been extremely helpful and considerate working with us to keep us comfortable!!

I have lived in apartment almost a year now and and the staff is very helpful especially Melissa in the front office and the mantience man, every issue I have Melissa gladly listens and always takes action with help to resolve

This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. From the very beginning, it was full of deception: I was told the deposit was refundable, only to later find out they labeled it as a “non-refundable risk deposit” without informing me. Then they sent me to collections for an unfair $350 charge that I had to pay just to protect my credit. But that’s not even the worst part. The apartments have mold, pest problems, and they never change the A/C filters. Trash often sits outside for days without being picked up, attracting more bugs and creating a disgusting environment. Security is nonexistent—car windows are frequently smashed, and nothing is done about it. Living in this apartment complex has been a very unpleasant experience. The units have serious pest and mold issues, and the A/C filters are never changed. Trash often sits outside for days, causing bad smells and attracting insects. There is no security—car windows are frequently smashed, and there’s no surveillance. Every Monday, the property is covered in beer bottles and cans because many residents drink outside like it’s a bar. The laundry area is also a disaster—always dirty, smelly, and many times the machines don’t work. There’s no control or order, and management does absolutely nothing about it. I do not recommend this place at all.

No working AC units. They refused to repair it. Maintenance emergency number is fake, black mold that gets covered up with bleach & bed bugs for years in every complex of the community. Outrageous electricity bills because AC units are not getting repaired/replaced. Don't disturb the property manager during smoke breaks or while video chatting during work for any issues or attitude will follow. Arguments, loud music & partys until late nights. Lots of break ins and crimes because there are no security cameras.
