Tim and Kathryn made our move to The Sterling exceptional. Tim gave a fantastic initial tour, and Kathryn went above and beyond by providing two additional tours so my family could feel confident in our choice. Both of them walked us through every step of the process with patience, clarity, and genuine care. Thanks to their teamwork, securing and moving into our new home was seamless. We’re thrilled to be here.

October update: The issue has been resolved. I contacted their regional manager, and shortly after, Sterling’s building manager reached out to me. He apologized for the experience and explained that most tenants don’t clean their rooms when moving out, so they automatically charge a cleaning fee. He agreed to refund the charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- July 3 update: I received a call from the building today stating that the charge is fair and will not be removed. It's hard to believe how condescending and arrogant the management team is. This has been a terrible experience. I have been living at The Sterling in Philadelphia for almost a year, the experience has been 5 stars from the beginning, from our leasing agent Cindy to all the Frontdesk staff and the maintenance crew, they are courteous, professionals and efficient. The portal system is absolutely a plus, the management is on top of everything, the building is immaculate, they keep you posted of any events and it’s the best building I’ve ever lived, coming from NYC that says a lot. I love living here! P.S. We have the best roof deck in town

Lived at the Sterling for just over 2 years and honestly, I am not sure why this place isn't rated higher on google. Maybe some people have had bad experiences in the past, however, the 2 years we were there were nothing but amazing! The apartments themselves are so big (we had a 1 bed 1 bath at just under 1000 sq ft) and so clean they feel like new when you move in. Also the amenities are SO NICE! The pool and the whole rooftop area really makes this place feel like luxury. Maintenance was also always super quick and the team is very friendly and nice. We had an issue once with leaking in our apartment where walls needed to be cut out, pieced back together, and repainted, which of course took several days. Throughout the process the maintenance team was always considerate of our schedules

Mark fixed what he could and told me what I had to do to get the filter for The refrigerator and put a request in for the bottom drawer thank you. He was very nice to deal with.
