The Stellar at Emerald Hills

Having resided here since its inception it has been a roller coaster experience. Surviving at least 2 owners and 4 management companies has caused reasonable trust issues indeed. There’s plenty to complain about but on a high note, I am truly excited that Michelle is now at the helm in the front office. As someone very familiar with the property's history, I know she understands the grievances, pitfalls and great potential this property has. She is quick, attentive and no nonsense while being very warm, witty and professional. The leasing agent Michal A. has been so helpful and attentive with assisting me in the process of transferring units when my lease ends. She helped find another unit that met my needs and answered all my questions, as well as followed up throughout the process. I believe she's newer to the leasing staff but she is a great addition to the team/community!

We had a very unpleasant experience when we came to explore the option of renting an apartment in the complex. We arrived for a scheduled tour, which I had booked in advance, only to find out that we were not registered in the system. The woman at the entrance was not welcoming or helpful, and we had to ask whether we could still join the tour since we had already scheduled it. We were then required to register through a complicated app. They refused to allow us to use a photographed ID instead of a physical one that could be scanned directly into the app. We even offered to scan the ID using another device, but she said she could not allow that. Additionally, we were told that our daughter would not be allowed to join the tour. This was very disappointing, as she is only two years old

The Stellar at Emerald Hills is phenomenal. The manager, Melissa, was super helpful and made everything easy by answering all my questions. The property is modern, pet-friendly, and has great amenities, plus the location in Dania Beach is really convenient. Definitely recommend !
