The Station at Pleasant View

Highly advise to not rent from here. They invade privacy, look through your belongings during inspection, they wait until noon to plow anything if your lucky instead of a overnight plow push like actual companies who do it forreal, but they will be on you to use their carpet guy, pull your/their weeds, and constantly having you uphold your end of the contract. We was kicked out for me calling them out for going through my drawers. Its on camera. You also kicked my couch for no reason. Then told us it was too big to be in our house. Becareful going here. We also been charged thousands for moving out. There's a long list of people they did dirty here. God bless.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Those leaving 5 stars haven't been there very long. The longer you stay, the worse it gets. And no matter how good a tenet you are, they will screw you in the end. And office manager, Maria Rubio is the worst of them. She acts all friendly to your face, but she hides in her office when she doesn't want to confront something and is passive aggressive. It's a shame, because we loved a lot of our neighbors. But in the end, getting screwed over by Maria and Horizon isn't worth it. Everyone I know who has moves from here has experienced the same. What look like a rent deal will cost you BIG in the end!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely avoid living here unless you want to feel like you’re living in a prison. Not allowed to use your garage how you want. Can’t work on cars. Can’t decorate. Put too many holes in your wall for decorations or accidentally scratch some paint moving in, be prepared to get evicted. Have a dog be prepared to be discriminated all the time. On low income be prepared to have the littlest things become an issue. Your drain is clogged or a lightbulb out you pay for them to fix it. Which they used to not charge for anything. I was on low income and I have 2 ESA dogs. I had Christmas lights up and got told to take them down. My neighbor had their Christmas lights up, didn’t get told a thing. Avoid this complex if at at all possible! I saw the bad reviews for the station at pleasant view prior to when my wife and I decided to rent here, but didn’t think it could possibly be as bad as the reviews said. Unfortunately, in many ways it is. Prior to entering your unit, there is a 20+ page lease agreement in which they list quite a few reasonable rules, but also a lot of ridiculous rules, and basically tell you that if you break the rules at all, they have the right to evict you. With that premise, you can begin renting. No one there follows the rules. There is dog poop all over the place (despite there being a $250 fine if you're caught, and them claiming that they DNA test it to see who’s dog it is, but don’t actually do it). The atmosphere is inviting. The view is spectacular. The maintenance is always spot on. Excellent management. Personal gardens. Two playgrounds.
