The Station at Middletown

10/10 Luxury Apartments The management & maintenance staffing are wonderful and responsive. The management team hosts delightful tenant events on a regular basis that help foster a lovely & neighborly community. While the maintenance team works diligently to keep both the apartments and common areas in fantastic condition. The location offers great access to some of the best retailer’s & restaurants in Middletown. What really puts this community over the top are the apartment amenities which are top notch; two story gym facility with all of the equipment you’ll need, luxurious outdoor pool and bar / bbq area for enjoying the spring / summer weather, and lastly the club house has a premium billiards table.

My husband and I moved back to Louisville in January of ‘24, after living in North Texas for 7 years. We’d gotten pretty used to luxury apartment living, and I was a little nervous about finding anything close to that in town, but The Station has met and exceeded my expectations! Location is great, property is well kept and maintained, and the office staff (especially Vanessa!) is kind, friendly, and always quick to resolve any concerns that may pop up. There are always fun events for the holidays, mini farmer’s markets in the lobby, games, gym, pool, coffee bar … almost no need to ever leave! Plus, being in walking distance from a lot of major grocery stores and other amenities makes the location even better! We’re so glad we picked The Station and would choose it again if we had to!

There is a pattern and the new property that is opening soon (in Fern Creek) will probably be the same, as I lived at The Station and Bull Run. My experience at The Station was miserable so I moved to Bull Run in hopes it would be better; Big Mistake! At the Station, Danielle, Vanessa and Ebony were pretty good and fair. Hope Danielle finds somewhere she is genuinely appreciated. Hope Vanessa and Ebony are happy & appreciated in their new positions. When Valerie came along, emails and documentation no longer meant anything so be careful if you are a current resident. Valerie is also good at discussing residents with other residents; very unprofessional.

We moved in on Nov. 18 2022, it’s only been 4 months, and it has such a great community here. All the staff, from leasing, managers, maintenance and ground crews offers the most in professionalism that is top notch. We have made life long friendships already. Then all the conveniences are so under rated. It’s just steps away almost everything. Thanks TSM, for such a beautiful community we call home. Update 02/15/25. My rating has became a 1 star after fighting mold here for a year now and had to get the City Building Inspector involved. There is no communications from anyone as to when this will be fixed, after sending out a work order 4 days ago asking for an update. Plus, a lot of newer staff, while the others who cared was let go or quit. “Go figure”

The first thing you notice is that the areas around the apartment complex, as well as the interior hallways, are clean. The building's access control system provides a sense of peace and security, something very important to me. The apartment was completely clean and all the equipment worked properly. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks also to the management at Station at Middletown for their warm welcome.
