The Standard at White House Apartments

I moved into the standard from out of state. Staff was accommodating with arrival time of our delivery truck. I lived there for about 2 months until my house was finished building. Staff is attentive and facilities are great. I enjoyed the pool table in the common area with the kids. The complex is quiet in the evening. From the manager to the maintenance staff and everyone in between has always been professional. While living there the property drove around in a golf cart and gave ice cream bars to the kids in the complex. This is going above and beyond. I highly recommend this property. Thanks for the great experience moving into White House for the first time

If you want to rent here make sure think about it, most of the apartment in Whitehouse they are way better then here, the standard the unit so dark also dirty old and have sprite in the units and also a lot of fees in you monthly payment even tho there is nothing special in that area, when I move out they don’t want to give the deposit back! they keep finds a reason to not give you your money back and also your prorate payment they said they not gonna prorate. Bad experience westing money and so disappoint.

I love this apartment I have been here for 2 years the staff and maintenance guys are fast and efficient and very nice they take care of the grounds here and it’s clean and it’s quiet and the people around are all very nice I don’t think I would want to live anywhere else It’s a great place to live if you are looking for a apartment I would highly recommend it

Words cannot describe how much I love this apartment!! I lost my home in Helene and Milton Hurricanes in Florida the Fall of 2024 & decided to move near family, and this was by far my 1st choice apartment complex, the staff is phenomenal!! Kaylub got me through the process quickly, was so extremely professional and nice, if you're moving to Whitehouse Tennessee do yourself a favor and call The Standard
