Debbie was amazing to work with. Not only had I never sold a house before, but I was also working with my 7 siblings when trying to sell our mother's house. She advised us all on what to fix up prior to listing and her team staged the house wonderfully. She listened to us and helped to set the listing price to get lots of exposure and showings and then worked with me remotely when reviewing the offers and counteroffers.
