The Spruce

I recently moved into the Spruce apartments and everything was great for a day or 2. The property director, Kadian, was incredibly efficient, and professional throughout the entire leasing process upon to my arrival. Her excellent communication and kindness made what could have been a more stressful moving day (after a car accident) a breeze—thank you, Kadian! All the ongoing issues, It doesn't invalidate what you did. The rest is about the building and the company that manages the property which is out of your control. The building itself is in a good location, close to everything you need, including the beach, nearby parks, grocery store and mall. The neighborhood is walkable and feels safe most of the time. Every step was clearly explained, which made the process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was their communication and patience. They took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and that I felt comfortable with each part of the process. It’s clear they truly care about providing great service to their residents. I applied for the apartment and was assisted by Desiree. She was kind and welcoming. She was open and honest about the process. The neighborhood is up and coming so I am excited to see the final projects. While the building is brand new I like it. I just wish there was more closet space. But overall its beautiful what they are doing with the building.
