Moved in back in Sept 2024 and had to leave by mid April. These people are useless unless it comes to a community dinner or rent . My vents were covered in mold my dishwasher had water and mold in it at my move in. They know their building are falling apart and just leave it as is so homeless has made their way. Their office and matience were informed and only tel residents we’ll get to it. They lack communication in the front office for sure. These apartments are set to be shut down soon. In order to stay open they must keep accepting new tenants which is not fair considering a heads up would’ve been great prior to applying for a home I wanted to stay in for a bit.

It’s so bad in these apartments I want to give them a zero but I can’t, so I give them a one. If you get a package no one is EVER in the office to give it to you. Calling for a question? No one is there to answer 9/10. Need to refill your wash card to use their laundry mat? NO ONE IS IN THE OFFICE. Maintenance Emergency? Minimum 2 hour wait even if your apartment is flooding. You have to pay 4$ just to pay your own rent. There is no way to pay your rent without additional fees. The office is disorganized to the point that it’s unprofessional and crippling to live here. They switch out management and office workers at least every 3-4 months. The only good thing is the low price and they’re increasing even that. ROACH AND MOLD INFESTED. The office staff is conniving they WILL try to scam you for money so check your rental agreement on what you do and do not have to pay. 2 years ago a former employee of the office stole ALL of their keys to the units so we all had to bring keys over so they could make copies. Homeless people squat in the vacant apartments and the office seems to be okay with it as they do nothing about it. Trap houses and hookups flipping tricks. My 5 year old daughter found a baggy of coke/meth out by the playground. Office staff is beyond rude and condescending. Walls falling apart, ac unit drips brown water in the bathtub and stains it. RATS UNDER THE FLOORS SO A HUGE FLEA AND TICK PROBLEM EVEN ON US. THIS WHOLE PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE FOR YOUR

WARNING! LONG RANT! These people overcharged my elderly mother for years because she would pay cash, the office staff added extra money to the bill that was paid on time, when I took over paying her rent online for her, the rent bill was approximately $20.00 less per month. In 2020 I had enough of these rats, and took my mother out of there after they decided to add rules and regulations to a lease without the tenants consent, they broke the lease contract and figured no one would notice. A contract cannot be amended without both parties agreeing after the lease or contract is signed and a new lease or addendum has to be created and agreed upon!. The worst apartment you can imagine to live in. Please be careful before deciding to move in. The employees of this apartment complex is rude, disrespectful and irresponsible. Nothing basically works in these apartment. It’s not a safe environment for kids either. If you are family trying to move in please be cautious. The lease agreements takes months to update and the residents are always blamed for the low quality service which the leasing office provide. The cars get stolen and toed illegally all the time. The leasing office takes advantage of the low income family’s and they have no respect to the people of the community since the majority who live here are the low income family.
